What happens to unused monthly credits?
Subscription credits reset to the full quota (1,000 or 3,000 credits) on the first day of each billing month. Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire at month-end and remain valid for 12 months.
Is there a minimum contract duration?
No. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Any remaining credits remain accessible until the end of the current period.
Do I receive a compliant B2B invoice?
