In Direct Mode, the left sidebar exposes a suite of Generative Tools. Each tool uses a specialized sub-engine optimized for a specific output format.

Diagram Generation

The Diagram Generator creates structured visual diagrams from your current conversation context using Mermaid syntax.

• How it works: The Brainstorm Reactor analyzes your recent messages and active method, determines the best structure (Flowchart, Sequence Diagram, Mind Map, etc.), and renders an interactive SVG.
• Best for: Process flows, decision trees, and mapping complex relationships.

Image Generation & Director's Studio

[!IMPORTANT] Admin Only: Image and Video generation consoles are currently restricted to administrators.

The Image Generator creates AI images using curated Visual Lenses and the Director's Studio — a cinema-grade control surface for precise optical, atmospheric, and stylistic parameters. Instead of raw prompt-to-image generation, every image passes through a lens or studio profile that controls composition, color palette, lighting ratios, and aesthetic direction.

Cinema Player & Take Inspection

When inspecting generated visuals in the Cinema Player, the interface prioritizes cognitive quietness:

• Take Navigation (← / →): Swiftly cycle chronologically through session takes (Take X / Total) without leaving fullscreen mode.
• Instant Zoom (Space / Click): Toggle 175% sub-pixel inspection to examine render details and stroke texture.
• Direct Studio Access (D): Summon the Director's Studio pre-loaded with the current take's prompt and visual lens configuration.
• Blind Review (Tab / Scramble): Conduct randomized A/B reviews against reference images without confirmation bias.

Modular Job Profiles

The Director's Studio adapts to different production domains:

• General (Cinema & Photography): Neutral baseline with film stocks (Portra, Tri-X, CineStill), lighting styles, and aspect ratio controls.
• Agency (Keyvisual & Campaign): Commercial lighting ratios, teal & orange grading, and negative space allocation for typography.
• Film Academy (Directing & Framing): Mise-en-scène control, Chiaroscuro / French New Wave aesthetics, and classical composition ratios.
• Enterprise Customization: Project-specific setups and brand guardrails tailored to organizational workflows.

3D Object Generation (FDM Pipeline)

The 3D Object tool creates parametric, watertight 3D geometry suitable for FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing.

• How it works: Rather than generating unstructured point clouds, the Brainstorm Reactor assembles programmatic geometry (via Three.js).
• Constraints: The engine specifically respects 3D printing physics (overhangs, wall thickness, manifold geometry) to ensure the output is physically manufacturable, not just visually interesting.

HTML / UI Generation

The Brainstorm Reactor can generate self-contained, interactive HTML/Tailwind prototypes.

• How it works: When tasked with interface design or web layouts, the system generates functional code blocks that render live in the interface.
• Best for: Rapid prototyping, interactive data visualization, or testing UX concepts without leaving the conversation.
