The Client Transfer suite allows you to deliver presentation assets, high-resolution renders, project deliverables, and document packages to external clients, stakeholders, or students. Every transfer page is presented cleanly without third-party advertisements, tracking banners, or download paywalls.

Ideal for sending completed deliverables, design decks, or asset bundles to a specific client or stakeholder:

• Unique Secure Link: Generates an unguessable private link for every transfer.
• Optional Passcode: Protect sensitive commercial deliverables with a 4–8 character PIN.
• Flexible Lifetime: Set links to remain active for 3, 7 (standard), 14, or 30 days before auto-recycling.

2. Personal Vanity Dropzones (/dropzone/[slug])

Designed for creators, teams, and professionals who need a permanent, personalized portfolio presence:

• Custom Vanity Address: Claim your own permanent URL (e.g. brainstormreactor.com/dropzone/laura-gruber).
• Personalized Ambient Staging: Choose your simulation physics, color palette, speed, and headline.
• Outbound Deliverables: Publish your latest work directly from the Media Pool for portfolio review.
• Inbound Digital Mailbox: Clients, partners, and team members can drag and drop review files directly to your dropzone without needing an account.

How to Create a Client Transfer

1. Select Assets in Media Pool: Hover over any image, PDF, audio render, or document in the Media Pool and select the checkbox, or open an asset in the full-screen preview.
2. Open the Transfer Dialog: Click Kunden-Transfer in the top action toolbar, in the floating selection bar at the bottom, or in the preview header.
3. Configure Delivery Options:
   • Titel: The headline displayed on the recipient's download hub.
   • Notiz (Optional): Contextual notes or review instructions displayed above the asset list.
   • Gültigkeit: Choose 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. Files are automatically cleaned up when expired.
   • PIN-Schutz (Optional): Set an access code to restrict downloads to authorized recipients.
4. Share the Transfer Link: Click Transfer erstellen & freigeben. Your transfer link is generated instantly with one-click clipboard copy.

How to Claim Your Personal Dropzone

If your account is enrolled in the pilot program or has Pro Transfer privileges, you can activate your personal dropzone in seconds:

1. Open Setup Cockpit: In the Media Pool toolbar, click [ 🌐 Dropzone einrichten ] (or click the onboarding banner at the top of the pool).
2. Choose Your Web Address (Slug): Enter your desired slug (e.g. vorname-nachname or studio-sued). The system checks availability in real time.
3. Customize Your Living Stage: Use the live split-screen preview to tune your background simulation:
   • Titel & Anleitung: Enter your name, project title, or submission instructions.
   • Simulations-Modell: Choose from organic fluid dynamics, gravity maps, or wave equations.
   • Farbe & Tempo: Select your preferred palette, grid density, animation speed, and brightness.
4. Speichern & Teilen: Click Dropzone aktivieren. Your personal dropzone is live immediately at brainstormreactor.com/dropzone/[slug].

What Recipients Experience

When a client or external partner opens your transfer or dropzone link:

• Generative Art Backdrop: The browser immediately renders an interactive, real-time physics simulation responding smoothly to mouse movement.
• One-Click Download: Recipients can click any individual file to inspect or save it, or click Gesamtes Paket als ZIP laden to receive everything in a single archive.
• Instant Document Analysis (Trojan Bridge): For supported text documents, datasets, or audio files, recipients can open the deliverable directly in the Reactor Idea Lab or Canvas with one click.
• Zen Mode: Recipients can toggle the download card to enjoy the generative artwork in full screen.
• File Submissions (Dropzones): In personal dropzones, visitors can also drop files into the Dateien übermitteln section to send work back to you safely.

Privacy & Automatic Lifecycle

• European Data Protection: All uploaded data is held under strict European privacy standards.
• Fair-Use Storage Allocation: Accounts have an active concurrent storage allocation (100 MB for Free tier, 250 MB for academic grant participants and Pro users) that automatically frees up as older transfers expire.
• Automatic Workspace Cleanliness: Transfer links automatically expire and recycle after their designated lifetime, ensuring your storage remains organized and clutter-free without manual maintenance.

Security, Archive Safety & Content Notice

• Archive Safety: Because compressed containers (.zip, .rar, .7z) may be password-protected or encrypted to protect client confidentiality, their internal contents cannot be inspected before downloading. Recipients are advised to unpack archives responsibly.
• Notice-and-Action (Report Abuse): In compliance with European digital standards (DSA Article 16), every transfer page features a direct reporting link in the footer (Inhalt melden / Report abuse). In the rare event of suspected malware or copyright infringement, reports are submitted directly to the Trust & Safety team for swift review and takedown.
• Terms of Service: Deliveries and dropzones operate under Section 11 of the platform terms (/legal/terms).
